I have used Alex now for a few years. He is always willing and eager to help out when I need appraisals done, to sell a home or to look at something I have found. He is not pushy however is helpful when your looking for advise. Currently have two homes listed through Alex, he has done several open houses for me. We just sold a house for full list with 17 day possession conditions removed. With how slow things are right now, that's something worth talking about!
